Flynn Skidmore LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Flynn Skidmore LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit flynnskidmore.com, join our membership community, enroll in our mentorship coaching, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes the privacy rights available to you, including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA).
By using our website and services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us directly:
- Identity and contact details — your name, email address, and (if you provide them) your social media handles.
- Application and intake information — the answers you submit in our application and intake forms.
- Billing information — your billing address and the payment details needed to process your purchase (see Section 2).
- Community content — posts, comments, messages, profile/account details, and other content you create or share within our Circle community.
Session recordings and transcripts:
- We record and transcribe coaching sessions with clients and certain live discussions within the community, for service delivery, reference, and quality purposes. You will be informed before a recording takes place, and where required we will obtain your consent.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and analytics data — including pages visited, interactions, device and browser information, and similar technical data.
- UTM and campaign data — UTM parameters and referral information that tell us how you found us and which campaigns brought you to our site.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 16). See Section 12.
2. Payment Information
Purchases are processed through Stripe. We also use ThriveCart, Circle checkout, and (for legacy subscriptions) Spiffy — each of which processes payments through Stripe — so payment data ultimately flows to Stripe.
Your full payment card details are collected and handled directly by these payment processors under their own security and privacy practices. We do not store your complete card number on our systems. We may retain limited billing records (such as your name, billing address, transaction history, and confirmation of payment) as needed to manage your account and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. How We Collect Your Information
We collect personal information when you:
- submit an application or intake form;
- complete an opt-in form (for example, to join our email list);
- create an account or join the community;
- check out and make a purchase; and
- arrive through a tracked link, via UTM parameters and analytics.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain your membership and coaching services;
- process payments and manage billing and renewals;
- create and manage your account and community access;
- record and transcribe sessions and live discussions for service delivery and reference;
- communicate with you about your account, purchases, and support requests;
- send marketing and newsletter emails to those who have opted in (see Section 5);
- understand how people find and use our site through analytics and UTM tracking, and improve our offerings;
- run and measure our advertising (see Sections 6 and 8);
- maintain the security of our systems and prevent fraud or abuse; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
5. Marketing Communications
When you share your email address with us, you are opting in to receive marketing and promotional emails. We do not send marketing emails to anyone who has not knowingly provided us their email address. We do not send SMS/text marketing.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us at hello@flynnskidmore.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you essential service or account-related messages.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our site, understand traffic, and measure our advertising. These include:
- PostHog — website analytics and UTM/campaign tracking.
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
- Meta Pixel — to measure and target our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
These technologies may collect information such as your device, browser, pages viewed, and how you interact with our site and ads.
If you are in the EU or UK, applicable law generally requires your consent before non-essential cookies (such as analytics and advertising cookies) are set. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain advertising tracking through your device or platform ad settings.
7. How We Share Your Information — Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers ("sub-processors") that help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services. These currently include:
- Stripe, ThriveCart, Spiffy — payment processing and billing.
- Circle — hosting our membership community and content, and checkout.
- Tally — application and intake forms.
- Flodesk — email marketing.
- ManyChat — collecting social media contact details and passing them into Flodesk.
- Google Calendar — scheduling.
- Zoom and Otter.ai — recording and transcription of sessions and live discussions.
- PostHog and Google Analytics — website and campaign analytics.
- Meta — advertising and measurement (via the Meta Pixel).
Each provider processes your information under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale).
8. Selling and "Sharing" of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
However, under California law (CPRA), our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you wish to opt out of this, you can:
- adjust your cookie/tracking preferences as described in Section 6;
- use your browser's or device's "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control signals where supported; and/or
- email us at hello@flynnskidmore.com to request that we not share your information for advertising.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
9. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)
If you are in the EU or UK, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the membership and coaching services you've purchased.
- Consent — for marketing emails, session recordings, and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — for analytics, improving our services, securing our systems, and basic advertising measurement, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
10. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and many of our service providers are located in the US. If you access our services from the EU, UK, or elsewhere, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account, and fulfill the purposes described in this policy — and afterward only as long as necessary to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
12. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 16 where that is the applicable age). If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us at hello@flynnskidmore.com and we will delete it.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, and work with reputable service providers, to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Your Privacy Rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- request portability of your data;
- withdraw consent at any time; and
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (see Section 8); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@flynnskidmore.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
15. Third-Party Links
Our site and communications may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on our website. Significant changes will be communicated through our usual channels.
