In your career. In your relationships. In how fully you express yourself. There’s a dull ache. A quiet grief. A sense that you're still not fully *living* the life that your soul knows is possible.
Not fully attracting what you desire. Not fully choosing what’s most aligned.
Not through pressure or force, but through the gentle exploration of the shadows of your psyche, becoming aware of what you were formerly unaware of, and transforming what your system unconsciously perceives as safe.
It only takes six months of focused, deliberate practice to permanently heal a pattern that’s been controlled by an unconscious wound for decades.
This is where that change begins.
You’ve already done tremendous inner work. You’re self-aware, reflective, introspective. You’ve probably been praised for how deep you go and for what you’ve accomplished.
And yet, something old still loops.
An unconscious wound isn't simply a painful memory. It's a deep belief you've internalized about yourself — something that isn't true but feels profoundly real — paired with intense emotional imprints like shame or fear. Because it lives below conscious awareness, it silently guides your choices and experiences.
Here are two common examples:
"I am not desirable." Beneath the surface, this fear quietly influences your relationships. You find yourself drawn into dynamics that offer superficial validation rather than true nourishment, seeking proof that someone desires you, yet never truly dissolving the underlying insecurity.
"To be safe, I must remain small." You sense a subtle pressure to dim your creativity, your expressiveness, your full potential, fearing that your true size might lead to rejection or hurt others. So you continually hold yourself back, prioritizing emotional safety over authentic expression.
The Framework We Use
Clarity on Ideals
Mastery of Process
Alchemy of the Unconscious
These phases aren't linear—they spiral, each supporting and amplifying the other.
The Three Phases
Build a relationship with yourself rooted in truth, where decisions emerge from inner clarity rather than performance or approval-seeking.
Navigate your relationships with grace, integrity, and co-creativity—developing the ability to communicate desires, hold conflict with maturity, and support mutual evolution.
Expand your nervous system’s tolerance for success, love, visibility, and joy—without collapse, shutdown, or self-sabotage.
Recognize and repattern the unconscious beliefs that once ruled your behavior—replacing shame with vision, confusion with clarity, and protection with presence.
Create congruence between your inner and outer world, so that what you build in your life reflects the depth, beauty, and brilliance you’ve always sensed inside.
Integrate the principles of transformation and creation into your leadership, relationships, and artistry—offering others what you’ve now learned to offer yourself.
You’ll leave this mentorship with the tools, experiences, and capacity to:
Starting at 18, my self-awareness exploded. It became clear just how much was possible in a single lifetime—but I didn’t know how to achieve it. I fell in love with the relationship between consciousness and matter, how the energetic patterns beneath the surface shape our external realities. I wanted to learn how to access this space of energy to co-create within it, but I knew it could only be accessed through love.
The problem was, I didn’t know how to love. I only knew how to hate myself.
I was burdened by self-criticism, shame, and stuckness. Despite my self-awareness, I couldn’t reach the core of me with love and curiosity. I dreamed of a life that felt like summer camp — filled with meaningful friendships, the pursuit of world-class athleticism, and creative contributions to the world. But back then, I felt so far from that dream and had no idea how to bridge the gap.
Eventually, I found my way to the University of Pennsylvania, attending one of the top graduate programs in the country for Applied Psychology. I was intimidated because I’d struggled in high school and college but it was clear I found my passion. I graduated at the top of my class and cultivated tremendous confidence. It became clear that I do have something unique to offer the world.
Over the years, I’ve studied somatic psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, spirituality, physics, and the principles of creation to develop a mind-body approach that’s truly transformative.
My life, relationships, and authentic expression are a reflection of this work and I’m here to help you unleash your creative intuition and cultivate your own version of a magical, extraordinary life.
Flynn is a genius. I was drawn to him because of his messaging on taking bold action. I really recommend working with him, especially if you're an entrepreneur and you love self growth and personal development.
Working with Flynn was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. My inner world became softer, and I feel so much energy flowing through my body. Thank you, Flynn.
I was able to very quickly implement the key teachings and what I learned from my time with Flynn and unlock certain patterns. It gave me the confidence to trust myself and do what I already knew in my heart was right.
I chose to work with Flynn because he’s proven to do with himself what I was looking to do for myself. I feel safer, more in control of how I process thoughts and feelings, and see the potential to actually create the life that I want.
Flynn's magic is connecting me to that magic in me, creating the internal world that I needed to access for mvself. It's something that I wish every single person could tap into.
